How to determine the pole count of a mmm motor -

Can anyone point me in the right direction to where I can find out how many poles a motor is? I am talking about the line of castle motors and others as well. I have a eagle tree data logger that I'm trying to setup for various vehicles and motors I'll be using in the future..............
Thanks ahead of time.........

Reason: spelling of course...................
I've got a medusa 540 4 pole motor (pretty sure....lol)
Yes Medusa are 4 pole
Neu 4 pole
Feigao 2 pole
Novak 2 pole
Tekin T8 motors 4 pole
all other Tekin to my knowledge are 2 pole as
Roar approved 540 sensored motors are all 2 pole to the best of my knowledge
You just have to count the magnetic heavy point when you do one complete rotation of the rotor (hope it means what it means in french...). Usually, a 4 poles motor will have 12 points, 2 poles 6 points.

I'll have to find the thread where we discussed viewing the "actual KV" (and pole count) from the MMM "learning" the motor for torque control. I would think that info would be a solid way of valuing a motor.
Going to try to find it...
If I could only draw what I see in my head, then afford to build it, and finaly get to play with it...
