my Cybermaxx thread - 05.14.2011, 09:55 PM

I rebuilted my cybermaxx. It was an MMM 6s kb45 integy suspended pig.

Now it's an XL 8s neu 1521 1.5y big bore suspended beast!! They are NOT integy shocks. They are traxxas big bores with integy caps, meticulously built by me with clear rtv silicone on all threads for no leakers.

is it waterproof?!?!? how fast does it go, how much did it cost, how far away can you drive it, is it for stunts, how do you make it go up on the back wheels (all questions asked of me the other day....among many more)

looks good!

edit: oh yeah, my favorite one: "is it gas powered?!? It's so fast!" or "why is it so noisy?"

just 10 minutes can save you up to 15%....... on anything. People should really do some research before making expenditures.

Sexy! Also, are you going for that "naked" look like BrianG does? The beadlocks w/the Mashers is a nice combo for sure

How many XL ESCS do you have? :O

And also, exactly which motor mount is that? I've seen the center diff mount on E-maxxes a couple of times here on RCM, but I haven't seen the mount in the store. Is it the Universal mount or?

Just 2, this and my baja.

It is the universal mount. I have another universal mount in a savage in the savage forum, you can see it better there.

Ah, I would like one of those. Too bad RCM has been out of stock for half a year now or something.

Hey there Harold. Nice to see you back in the saddle again young man. It still looks very nice with the white arms. So how much have you had this thing out since the remodel? Good to see you posting again.

I still have a soft spot for the Maxx trucks, and yours is built very nicely indeed. A little insane on the power, but thats not really a bad thing either!

I like how the roll cage comes through the body at the back like that.

Harold you're definitely going to need a bash partner when you run this. Otherwise you'll spend more time chasing the truck around to flip it back on it's wheels!
