Hello Castle? Customer service? - 10.30.2011, 03:46 PM

It's more than a week ago that I sent an e-mail to Castle (I sent another one a few days later) and I still don't have a reply. I know they're busy, but more than a week for a reply? I thought Castle Creations was the company being well known for their good customer service. (Recently I heard that you need to send an e-mail 3 times before they actually respond wtf??)

I spent over $1500 on Castle Creations products, never sent an e-mail for any kind of warranty issue, now I blew up my Phoenix HV160 controller and I'm just being ignored. I'm feeling let down.

Calling is not an option for me as my English is so bad that this was written (partially) with a translator.

I used the link posted by Knez and just sent in my faulty MMM. Never bothered e-mailing beforehand. Just make sure you send in your stuff using a shipping method with tracking. This is for your own piece of mind and any insurance claims for lost shipments :)

After they've received your faulty ESC/motor the waiting game begins. Don't expect to get a confirmation e-mail that they actually got your stuff :)

I sent my MMM to them on august 17th and if I remember correctly they got the package around the 22-23rd. On August 31st I got a receipt for a Sales order which in fact was my warranty repair. It had a $0 total so no cost involved for me.

Next up was a shipping notification which I received on Sept 6th and then it took a few more days for it to arrive in Sweden.

When I filled out the Warranty repair form I specified my Credit Card just in case it wouldn't be consider a warranty repair.
