That's like listening to a pack of Wolves gossip on about diet tips as they rip apart an Elk..

Had the muggy going for years and thought i couldn't kill it.. Its plastic has run its course and it is in many pieces. I would need a chassis from innovative rc and 1/2 a front end and all the middle and bearings. So I pulled the maxx back out and got it up and going again. Had to change out the v1 mmm to a v2 mmm LOL and I used the neu 1y cables on the ofna dm1 so wasnt going to rip that apart so popped in the old castle can 1y. Found the servo horn was stripped, new one in box, popped on a traxxas MMM hold down, screws in perfect stock screws into a gmaxx 4 chassis in 2 spots, (like they planned for a dual gmaxx). 2200 3s maxamps (smack) lipo for airtronics was dead 1.2v heh, so running $39 gtc-3 on the cars for now Happy Bday Jerry hope alls well m8. Peace to you all friends

I always feel like a linguistics master when I read your posts and get something out of them!!!

Maxx looks great. I keep saying I need to finish my lst stable but... Damn work and life and crap.

I also went to the gt3s trans and receivers. Good stuff, they work great.

Pimp: Yeah I suppose that does take a bit of deciphering lol You know what im saying as does anyone worth a salt here... Had to watch a 12 year old kid on youtube explain to me how to get all the stuff working on the gt3, nice as anything now

Sam: thanks !

aqwut: i'd dump them for racerx, find me a set to purchase .... people want the g4 chassis and you want flex, I ordered a hexcrews kit and im going to rebuild it, then maybe i'll rip it apart and let you all play with those parts, see that guy selling one on ebay for $550, I paid $212 lol jerk

ordered 2 sets of tires I like the cheap ofna ones, the threncherx have slightly better looking tread and cooler wheels but the ofna are bigger and the 1/2" offset on the proline, must be 2+3/4" on the ofna. Gonna be a wide azz maxx

So good to see you posting jay jay. Nice to see you got such ballsy driveshafts. It'll be cool to see you breathe new life into this old maxx.

When it's time to sell the flexteks I guess I want to be #2 behind aqwut. Those damn mushroom farmers always have money though...

Get her built man! -Harold

Had to wait for emaxx parts, our bro at great assembly was hanging out in Thailand (can't blame him there!) and I ordered the german bpp 17mm secure lock hubs. Just Chris's wingmount and I think I have all the pieces of the puzzle.

SO I ordered the innovative RC chassis for the muggy and put that back together

all new screws, I used the traxxas tonys screws which are a tad larger, think I gave myself wrist damage getting them in, but its so strong now and no wimpy .05 & 1.5 ish heads

rebuilding my 15 year old bergonzoni 1/5th gasser, ruined the front end last summer. Found a cool guy from Greece who sold me a FG evo 8 front end. Mechanical brakes don't fit. Guess I'll have to buy the hydraulic brake system iv'e been coveting for a decade and a 1/2

also I ordered some parts for the flextek aarms to get them all new. They didn't get back to me or ship my stuff 35 days later. They are sending it out now. I was lost in the cracks but found. They are still there

You got some cool projectsd there JJ. I really need to get off my azz and get a few finished myself. Summer is coming and I do plan to spend some time in my A/C-d workshop churning out some custom parts. I have new "big boy" tools to PLAY with now, so I can actually make some stuff I have been wanting for the last 5yrs or so...
