Can i use the Castle Creations Phoenix Edge 160HVF 50V 160-Amp ESC With Pistix-5 adapter in rc car ?

People have been using PiStix with our systems for years and I've never heard of any compatibility issues. I haven't had anyone use it with the Edge HV series of ESC's yet, but I cannot think of any reasons why it wouldn't work with the newer Edges.

Just remember you need to use mechanical brakes.

I think
If used Piste-5 adapter It has brakes. Just no reverse.

I don't believe so it's just fixing the signal input to adjust for a pistol transmitter.

These speed controls do have a brake function, but it is NOT proportional... purely there to stop a prop spinning, can be set with a delay.
SO the brake feature is not suitable for land use. You will HAVE to use mechanical brakes.

No prob, I have used a few air escs for land vehicles. I have used pistix adapters with them and it worked fine.
