Any suggestions? Requirements are windows 7. The cheaper the better. They don't do anything that requires anything fancy, base models are acceptable.
I found a refurbed Dell at new egg for $404. Is there anything decent that can beat that price?
Thanks for any input.

Honestly anything, if you just want basic web browsing and whatnot, just search by size and go wild.
It's gonna be real hard to find a Windows 7 computer from the factory, so I'd suggest you pounce on a Win7 refurb now if you can.
Otherwise, it will be some tinkering for you to downgrade from Windows 8 to Windows 7.
You'd just have to hop into the BIOS, change Safe Boot off, enable legacy AHCI mode and it will then be able to install Windows 7 from there.
