Any suggestions? Requirements are windows 7. The cheaper the better. They don't do anything that requires anything fancy, base models are acceptable.
I found a refurbed Dell at new egg for $404. Is there anything decent that can beat that price? Thanks for any input. 
It's "Dr. _paralyzed_" actually. Not like with a PhD, but Doctor like in Dr. Pepper. |

Honestly anything, if you just want basic web browsing and whatnot, just search by size and go wild.
It's gonna be real hard to find a Windows 7 computer from the factory, so I'd suggest you pounce on a Win7 refurb now if you can. Otherwise, it will be some tinkering for you to downgrade from Windows 8 to Windows 7. You'd just have to hop into the BIOS, change Safe Boot off, enable legacy AHCI mode and it will then be able to install Windows 7 from there. |
