Cheapest GPS for speed runs?

Just like the title says, does anyone know of a cheap GPS with top speed capture for doing speed runs? Thanks for any help.

That one is $52 at hobby king but at the international warehouse, so with shipping $65 and the wait....

I found the Oregon Scientific GP108 for $47 shipped on ebay.

I am using a Garmin forerunner 201 here, works perfect, and is pretty cheap to get.

I got the Oregon Scientific GP108 as mentioned above.

Don't forget to cancel the prime membership before the end of the month though, otherwise you'll get stung for ~$90 or whatever it is...
