Ofna Pirate 10? - 07.19.2006, 03:04 PM

I have the opportunity to purchase an OFNA Pirate 10 (.21 motor, 4x4) with a lost head gasket. The guy is asking 100 bucks for the setup. Looks as though its got a couple sets of rims/tires, a couple bodies, and he says it has 3+ gallons of fuel. I'd be interested in this only as an electric conversion truck, but I dont know anything about Ofna's. Anyone have any feedback on them?

I'd appreciate that. Being that he said it needs a new head and gasket, I have to assume that the motor is shot. Looks like its the .21 motor.
But I'm only interested in it as a potential electric conversion. It looks to be more of a stadium truck or buggy size/weight than a Revo is.
