Team Losi Muggy????

http://www.teamlosi.com/Products/Def...rodID=LOSB0018

Anyone know when these are due out? I saw this by random chance and I freakin love it. Monster truck w/ a buggy divetrain... Isn't that a truggy? It uses the LST shocks and LST based suspension but look like the new Losi 8ight drivetrain. Sweet!

I wanna convert one of these to brushless!!:024:

Not sure where to put this so, General it is.

I can't decide if its more fun
to make it...
or break it...

Silent...But Deadly

It's a LST hybrid, like the jt havoc(Maxx hybrid),mutant maxx and dominator hybrids etc, due septemper i think, should be very good, the proto has won in truggy class, with the Drake at the wheel.

It isn't really,it's a hybrid LST rather than a new truck, that's fine by me though:027:

Drake built his, then it seemed like due to alot of pressure and pestering from people to release it, they did,the only changes to the LST front/rear ends are the shock angles(towers and lower shock mounts),the plates for the chassis braces and the steering/servo saver with a sort of extended/wrap around ackermann plate.I was going to build one myself doing pretty much the same thing, but since they're releasing this i may aswell use some of these parts.

If it's not broken, don't fix it!

Looks like Losi parlayed a nice LST2 design into a very nice Truggy....er um...Muggy.

Not innovative like a Revo 3.3 but still extremely cool. Undoubtably very tough and well put together like Losi's always are. Should offer good power too.

I'd probably buy one if I didn't just buy a Revo 3.3!

Do you think that they are gonna actually be competetive against the true truggies? I'm thinking of maybe selling my Lightning for one it it is a better handling and performing truck.

Innovation is not fixing. Look at the revo, the team magic M1 buggy. Those are innovative brands, that dare to stick out and develop and invest money on something new.

There is no need imo in those big fat shocks. I like the revo better, smarter engineering, more racer oriented. just a matter of opinion. Meaning i would not buy one to convert one..

Serum,

No argument. The REVO is a spectacular design and I love mine. The REVO defines innovation in the market today. I believe Traxxas is pushing the envelope harder than most manufacturer's And I'm proud to own several of their products. Losi has always put out a quality product and they are typically built tougher than most in my experience. The shocks may be fat just more for hype than function. I agree. And like you I would not purchase one to convert nor to replace my Revo 3.3 or my Supermaxx-Emaxx.

So far away, and our noses are in the same direction.. :p

the revo is a league on it's own. Sure it has some flaws, but that goes for allmost all the trucks out there.

After seeing this, 1st thing that crossed my mind was that losi is into making some money on the truggy hype.. (heck, i don't blame them.. it's cool to have a hobby and make your living out of it..)
