In defense of going the cheap route. -

Usually, I believe that you get what you pay for. But I have found 2 products that deliver the goods at a low price.
First is the Feigao 540 C motors. I have been thrashing the heck out of these and they are holding up well. They may not have the efficiency of a Neu, but for 90 bucks they are great.
Second is the Bluebird MG-630 servo I use for steering duties. I bought this just to see how long it would take me to destroy it. To my surprise, it's still going strong! 25 dollars for 190 oz/in, metal gears and dual bearings. Not bad.
Anyone have any other recommendations for cheap but good stuff?
