Very cool.. looks like it works pretty good! Is it really smooth with those motors? What speedo?

like the frame. very clean
what controller are you running? i would ad some drag brake and experiment with springs and tires to lose that hop

esc is the Mamba max , motor AXI 2814/10 + 14:1 planetary gearbox , axles are modified to 4:1 gear ratio

That is one awesome crawler. That sia really sweet crawling spot as well... right on the beach.

I love that 1st picture, maybe photoshop the people out, and that belongs on the cover of a magazine. :027:

Nice man. Is that a custom made transfer box or an 'off the shelf' item? Definately got a madmax look about it.

Hey thats nice lookin. Where can you still get the tamiya monsters? I can find the clod and txt on tower but thats about it.

What other trucks were you looking for? The TXT-1 is discontinued now, but the superclodbuster is still for sale. Tamiya also used to sell the bullhead (which was almost identical to the clod), and the lunchbox, but they never really made any big scale monster trucks apart from that, I think.....
