New California Drivers License Application..

Since driving conditions (and culture) are unique in California, you may
not have realized that the Department of Motor Vehicles has now issued
a special application and driver's test solely for Californians.

Wow, most of that could be true of many places in the US. Makes me wonder why we even have licenses anymore since they let anyone drive...

That is very funny. Thanks for sharing. Where I live, there are so many crazy drivers, you just wonder how they did on their driver's test.
