I think Serum was supposed to test them, since theyre made by traxxas i assume they're good, very good price indeed!

The problem with nitro's these days are that they arent brushless... LOL

But if you preorder them now, I believe they hold that price for you.

that just seems so cheap for cvds 20 bucks for 4cvds vs. 120 for some ue ones something just seems wrong with this picture. i was going to get sliders but if these are cheaper an cooler looking it would almost make sense to buy these what do you guys think.

I would be skeptical too. Personally, I'd go pick up a full set of sliders on eBay for about the same price, maybe less.

For $10 a pair I'll give em' a try. I just placed an order for 2 pairs. I'll bet they dont even fill the order. Its gotta be a price screw up or something. They will probably cancell the order on me when they realize what happened. If I remember right I looked these up on Tower a couple months ago when I first saw the ad for them and they were listed at like $40 a pair or something like that.

Hey and theres a chance that I get a good set of CVDs for $20. If they are crap then so be it. I have wasted $20 on much less worthy experiments than this.

yeah i thought that i saw them for like 40 bucks a pair, plus that sounds like traxxas pricing anyway. i am for sure getting sliders in a trade but i might look into these if they are really that cheap. Doubt it though

They look very cool if you ask me.

I really like the [I]NEW[I] Traxxas style, it's very nice form, and the quality/durability is going up too.

I would have tried them if i didn't JUST buy MIP shiny CVD's.

There's been a buzz about them on the Traxxas forums for a couple months now. I'm considering getting the e-maxx centers. I need an upgraded front center.

That is not the CVD, that is the replacement shaft.. CVD's are on towers too, they cost a bit more..

The right partnumber is 5451R for the wheel CV's
and 4951R for the e-maxx center shafts.
