What motor plate for Ofna MBX R2?

I need a motor plate for this buggy. Will the one for the Jammin fit or do I have to make my own?

Can someone answer my question? Do all ofna buggies have the same center diff mounts or not?

I bought two of mikes mounts, one for a ofna 9.5 and one for a hyper 8. I cant say for the R2, but the jammin plate was a direct fit on the 9.5, and workable on the hyper 8 with some small mods. The hole spacing is a tad wider on the chassis holes if i remember right, and you will need to shim the front half of the diff mount up a bit for the diff to line up level. Hole spacing on the mount on the bottom/chassis side is 22mm. Hope that helps, it's a nice mount!

I had an MBX R2 and it uses the center diff that carries the 51T spur that we all use on the Strobe slipper for the emaxx. It also uses some odd size bearing. I cant remember the size but it was different than any other buggy I have seen. I would find out the bearing size that is used in the MBX R2 and the Jammin before buying. I also doubt that the screw holes will line up just right.

For my MBX I just used an aluminum angle mount. It was stronger than the buggy... Which isn't saying allot unfortunately.

Thanks for the help! Right now, I think I am going to make my own out of a spare beat up chassis that's 3.5 mm thick and mount it to the rear center diff mount with 4 screws and maybe some extra braces. I guess I should have done more research before getting this buggy, but it was cheap.
