Mamba max esc with Feigao 8XL

Mamba max esc with Feigao 8XL - 06.26.2007, 11:23 AM

Hi

Is it possible to combine mamba max esc and a Feigao 8Xl and drive it with no problems?

Yes and no, depends what your definition of "no problems" is. It runs the motor wonderfully. The 8XL has lots of power, however, if you overgear it, or just blast thru grass at 40mph endlessly w/ no cooldown periods, you will have problems (over heating.)

I run mine mostly on dirt and road, and it stays pretty cool on me. I also don't drive like a madman everywhere non-stop. When I drive on grass the temps move up pretty fast. 5-10 min and the motor gets to 170 @ WOT.

should be no problem, just check ur gearing and temps..
