When is the MMM combo going to be here?

Does anyone now yet? as i was planing to wait for the combo but if its going to be a while i might just get the esc and stick with my 7XL.

I would guess that it will be a while longer than expected. MMM's are being returned to Castle. They have to resolve the issues with the controller first. I wouldn't wait.

Be a few months yet, still haven't finished the pre-orders for the ESC alone

I asked when the motor would be available on rcgroups and was told we were looking at 8 weeks. So I would think atleast that long if not longer for the combo.

I think the last quote from CC was "summer." I dnot thisnk there has been anything more specific announced yet. At least not that I have seen.

If there is a "problem" with the controller it doesnt seem to be all that wide spread yet and from what I understand they have it figured out on the ones that do fail. Its a specific component that is bad and when swapped it works fine. I wouldnt think that would delay any combo release. The motors are being built in china so even if the factory in the us were bogged down for a few weeks with a controller manufacturing isue, it still shouldnt slow the motors down and I would think CC will have any minor issues with the failing component worked out long before then.

Hope there factory wasn't in that Earthquake that happened in China. Alot of people are now changing their minds on going to the olympics
