crt .5 wing kit -

I was wondering if anybody knew of an upgrade for the wing kit? I keep breaking the plastic rod part that go between the two wing brace parts. I know that the 1/8th crt truggy has aluminum parts for it, and was wondering if they ahve that for the crt .5
