I'm assuming there is a third channel (or the "battery" channel) plug unused in the reciever. You can put a 10volt 330uf capacitor like this one

Flipping the batter wires, I mean flipping the battery end to end in the battery tray so that the wires come out on the opposite side from where they come out now. front to rear or left to right, depending on how your tray is orientated.
Seperating the power (batt and motor) leads from the servo/ radio leads is a good idea. I know they recomend that you twist or braid the motor and battery leads as this also reduces radio noise but I havn't heard of that alone fixing anyones glitch problems.
