Convert LST to Muggy??? - 08.07.2008, 07:14 PM

Can I convert my LST to a Muggy? If I bought a chassis and center diff.. is the rest of it the same? I haven't looked at a parts diagram that would be to easy...

The arms and shocks match but you'll need a lot more parts. You can pick up a Muggy pretty cheap if you look around, well worth it!

I believe the LST shocks and shock towers are different than the Muggy, LST has longer shocks. Also the front and rear diff ratios are different 3.3 for the LST 4.09 for the Muggy.

I would at least get the factory upgrade hard anodized chassis, the stock (silver chassis) is a bit weak. I see some rollers on ebay from time to time that already have the upgrade chassis, that would be the way to go IMO.
