the half offsets dont have quite enough clearance, read all the way throguh the thread that drift buggy linked.

IT DEFINETLY helps in the handling and jumping big time, but youll need the full offset wheels to get it to work right without the front tires rubbing alot.....

I am building a version of that too. I have the body and the full offset wheels and the panther tires too. Just need to cut the body and make a wing mount. I have no idea how good it wil be, but the slash was disappointing to me stock...

I have the half offset here, and i've put it on just to see and it's very good, no rubbing at all

turn the wheels at all the compress the front shocks...... look at my picture on the 2nd page of that thread that was linked.

I like mine better :) I call it My big green Stash I just used some Stampede parts that I had with a Slash chassis. But I could not find offset wheels that were wide enough so I had to use the Integy wheel extenders.If anyone knows where to find full offset MT wheels,please let me know. BTW this thing handles pretty good.It's much more comparable to a real MT then I thought it would be.

Yes they are to long.I will do away with them once I figure the right setup.I put new bearings in it when I built it to see how long they last,after 6 or 7 runs they still seem tight,but only time will tell.The tires wnd wheels are off an XT8,they have 14mm of offset.It's pretty much the exact size as my 3905.I have had a couple issues,the rear brearing carriers broke in 2 bashes,so I used some RPM,s on 3s with the slipper to tight it will twist shafts.But really I very rarely go bashing with a Pede and not stop before it's broke,so I'd say this is close to as reliable. in this vid I ended up stripping a spur,dang motor moved. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4xSknqCz-GA But I've bashed it like this about everytime.I have several short vids of it. Stock the Stampede uses different offset wheels,thats why the extenders must be different.I have the wide front that makes them equal length also.

david yu could get flm extended arms and such but reguardless your gonna go thru wheel bearings faster no matter what when running these big tires....

Thanks guys.Once the perfect wheel ,arm, and driveshafts are figured out this thing is gonna be a bad boy.Honestly I've been running this more then my Erevo,it's that much fun.Of course it's the newest vehicle in the fleet.But the way it jumps and handles the rough stuff is like no other 2wd vehicle I've had.
