Looking for truggy rim that is a bit different... -
04.02.2009, 06:57 PM
I can't decide on a truggy rim for my Revo conversion....I will be using bad lands on them...I thought that I wanted a solid dish rim but, after rethinking it, I would like some kind of spoked rim..I looked a Mugen's...not a fan of it.
Anyone have any thought, ideas.

You're welcome. They're nice wheels. I have a set of them with badlands wrapped around em.

Are you using standard or 1/2" off set? What are the advantage of the off set for bashing?

1/2 offset is going to make the truck more stable, 0 offset is going to make it turn better..
Im also running a set of Ruluxes on my truggy(0 offset) with AKA rubber :)

I love the JConcepts Rulux. I'm running a set of white 1/2-offsets on my TTR ST-1. They're very light, about the same weight as Proline dish wheels, but they look soooo much better. I love the concave spokes...gives it so much more depth.

Took a picture of them on the Flux, but never got around to uploading it. Just snapped a couple of pics this weekend of them on the E-Maxx I sold that's shipping out tomorrow.
