Talking Not getting the Revo 2.5 - 06.22.2009, 05:41 PM

The deal fell through and I'm happy because I just drove my RC18T after not driving it for a few weeks and it was great. It was hardly drizzling out so it was muddy and traction was almost non existent. The Cow-RC Moo-Slick is GREAT. All of the mud was easy to clean and my motor temps were much lower and it overall felt much smoother. I need some new tires though...

PS could anyone paint a RC18T body for pretty cheap. As you can tell I suck at painting and I would love a nice body before I go to the beach with my friend.

You're going to have a hell of a time cleaning that thing up. But at least you had fun, and thats what counts right?

I just took off the tires and got off all of the dirt I would with a paper towel. It's pretty clean now because I went through some wet grass on the next pack and that got rid of most of the mud.

Whats going to with the bottom of your chassis? It looks like it got into a fight with a dremel..and the dremel won. Pm me though if you want a body done I can paint you one depending on the complexity.

IDK why it did that. I guess it's from driving on my gravel driveway. It wrecks havok on my chassis since the RC18T is so small compared to the large rocks in some sections of the driveway.

I broke my chassis today after 50yards of 40MPH cartwheels so I'll be getting a new one anyways...

Nice drawings. How can that paint scheme make sense though.. The top of the sides is green but the top is not green

LOL I didn't notice that. I guess I'll switch around the Green and Blue on the Top Drawing...

If you are going to dye the wing...I would do the whole wing...it would be a major PITA to hold the wing over the solution for a 1/2hr. or so on each side so as to not get the dye where you don't want to

Would it be possible for me to put something on the parts of the wing I don't want to get died and just drop the entire thing in there? Like some liquid electrical tape since it's water proof?
