how many watt's do i need for racing on a grass track with a hb ve8 buggy? i would like to be able to keepup with the niro guy's :) |

really depends on how much run time you need and how many cells you plan on running cheep and simple is the castle 2650 on 4 cell, it will easly walk away from the nitros but you will have to know how to drive in order to win Quote:

1000watts is enough...
Most tracks are astro turf here en every body is racing with the tekin buggy motors, MMM combo's or the losi motors. I have a 2200kv MMM combo in my buggy but I don't like it that much. It's too much power imo. I think I'll go with a Tekin 2050kv/1900kv combo next month. I doubt if 1900kv will be enough for the European tracks... |
