Low Voltage Cut Off - 06.30.2006, 02:25 PM

Hi Everyone!!!
If I conect in series two 3 cells Lipo packs for my G2R for an effective 6 cells pack, wich Low Voltage Cutoff should I use?
Do I need one 3 cells cutoff for each pack or one designed for a 6 cells pack?
Thanks:037:

1 designed for 6S should do the trick.

Alot of people run the Li-Saver but it seems to be out of stock everywere. I think Mike has them. Try and e-mail him. By the way, what esc are you running?? The MGM and Quarks have a LVC built in.

So if you get a quark controller, like the 125B, you would not need the lvc at all? that would be cool!

The mgm has to be programmed for different cell counts. The quark has a self detecting cell count. You just set what you want for the volt per cell cut off.

The li saver seems to work decent. I don't know how many others are out.
