Thumbs up Got something to say about ........ - 03.20.2005, 05:38 PM

Mike. What a guy to have in this business. I know a few companies that could learn a few things about treating their customers from him. The only other companies I know of that give the same level of service to keep their customers happy are those in the shooting sports and reloading business like RCBS and Ruger. We need more people like Mike and them.

:)

Thanks for the kind words, my friend. I just do my best. I am far from perfect, but I do understand customer service (15 years as a restaurant manager taught me this lesson!). Without customers, I have no business. I sincerely appreciate the kind words, too. It is nice to get a "thank you" like this every once in a while! :)

Mike I know what you mean. I manage a restaurant currently as well and you learn really quick to always please the customer first.

I work for Saturn and we are trained heavily on customer satisfaction (their Tag Line is "People First"). It seams everywhere I go, I am comparing other places & companies to where I work. Sometimes we take great customer service for granted until we go somewhere else and get treated poorly, then you really appreciate it.
Keep up the good work Mike, we all appreciate it!

P.S.
Yes, my avatar is a Saturn.:D

I dont work anywhere, LOL. But I did go to chickfullae (spelling ?) and there custamor service is good I guess, but they annoy you by being to polite, LOL. They go to your table like 5 times asking if everything is ok. You ask for something and they say thank You. LOL kind of a scary place.

lets just not get into the horrible customer service of other companies. Im sure that would be "fine" with all of you... whew bad idea:C: Though i've only boughten a 9918 from you, and i've never experienced your customer support (since i've never had a problem), my item got shipped out very quickley. Thanks mike!
