Sweet video. I wish I had a yard like that to run in. Every time I want some space I need to load up the car and take them somewhere.

Looks like it runs nice. Nice job. I always like the stock chassis conversions. I think they take more creativity to make it all work. Nice job.

If i had a yard like that, I'd have a track

Work because i gotta, play because i wanna

People here hate Nitro, I love it. I start it, run it about 50 ft from me and it dies, I go after it. Perfect exercise

Thanks for the compliments guys, and I do have a track laid out. I had just ran about 25 laps when I decided to film some speed runs. Right now it's just cut into the grass with one jump, but I'm hoping to develop it further as time and money permits.

Here's the layout, it's still minus the jumps, but it's fun to turn hot laps anyway.

Wow, nice! I wish I had such a big backyard! That's great.
At least I can have a 1/18 track here, better than nothing.

Yeah, get the jumps up and everything, but be warned: a track in the backyard is a dangerous thing... neglecting chores, constant RCing, friends camping out around your house etc :)

I'm from Pumpkin Center, Louisiana originally, yeah that's right, Pumpkin Center. :005: It's about 40 miles north on I55 from New Orleans. My family farm and whole family is still there, I'm the only black sheep that's moved away. I do plan to retire thaere in 10 or 12 years though. I live just south east of Charlotte, North Carolina now. I've lived several other places, but my roots will always be in Louisiana mud. :027:

What are your settings on the MM? Every setting. What gearing are you running? What kind of runtimes are you getting? And hot is the setup running? If the outcome is great then Im sold on this setup. But im going to put this in a e-maxx for now with dogbones.

Well, since you asked so nicely....

Gearing is 18/38
I'm getting about 20 minutes of track running, slightly more bashing.
With that gearing it's running about 130* ESC & motor.

You're going to need more than just dogbones for an E-Maxx to handle that set up and you're numbers are going to be different unless you figure out the exact same gear ratio for the E.

Here's EVERY setting....

Just a hint: You can export your settings to a DAT file, open it in Notepad, and paste the contents in the post. An added bonus is that someone can copy/paste from the forum to a file and then upload those settings to their ESC. A little easier than getting screenshots IMO, but either way works.
