REEDY/LRP System Any Good? - 08.15.2005, 12:41 AM

Does anyone on here have the REEDY Neo/LRP Sphere system? I was thinking of maybe getting one for my MT2 project as a cheaper alternative to the Lehner/MGM system and was wondering if it's any good.

It seems that this system is rather pricey, actually. Cheapest price for it would be ~$270. A Feigao motor is always an option to keep in mind too! An 8s on 8cells would work well, not as fast as the 5300, but good power, and much cheaper ($70). Then a MGM 80amp controller for $185, and the total is $255.
Comparing the Neo/Sphere, it isn't as upgradeable - can't use that many cells, and can only use several motors with it. With a sensorless system, there is much better upgradeability for the future (much better investment, IMO).
