Fastlane 1/8th bulkless diff;

I wanted to buy two of these, because waiting for the UE housings looks like it might take years.

what is the weight on these bulkless conversion? Is it heavier or lighter then a UE diff housing/GA bulkhead or about the same weight? (i know that the GA isn't the lightest available, perhaps a fastlane bulkhead/UE diffhousings is a more fair compare.)

The Fastlane bulkless setup will be lighter than the diff/bulk combinations (either one). Not a huge difference either way, but It is lighter than bulks and diff housings combined.

The bulkhead braces? If this is what you mean, no, they are not included with the combo hybrid bulks.

Yes, the bulkhead braces that;s what i ment.. Well they only cost an extra 18 dollars, so they might be worth the investment.

What shims do i need to shim the UE diffs propperly in these houses?

is that this kit? I need shims that go around the bearing, so i don't have to dissamble the diff itself to shim propparly, is that that kit? And do i need one or two? Have you got any idea Mike?

The Integy bulkhead braces come two in a package. I use one package per truck (one at each end).
For the shims: it's hard to tell if that is the right kit without a picture.

Well, i like the fastlane braces over the integy. ( i got a thing against integy)

I think that must be the kit, because there are two 'setup kits' available, one for the traxxas gears, (which includes a pic) and those. due to that, i jumped to the conclusion that these should be the one..

Here is the shim kit i used to fix up my diff

Those 6 mm shims are no good, in this diff. I have got inside 8 outside 10 mm shims allready. (.1, .2 and .3 mm (10 of each)) but i like to put shims between the bearings and the diffcase, so you don't need to rebuild the diffs.
