Nice!

Always wondered what a DIG is good for. Can somebody explain? I know it disconnects a driveshaft, but what is it good for?

it locks the rear drive line and allows for tighter turning

Here's another example of the same dig, but it shows the benefit even more.

Click here

Dig can also allow one axle to free-wheel instead of locking up. This can help if you're trying to climb a steep rock and the rear wheels are forcing the truck "head over heels". You can free wheel the rear and just let the front wheels pull the truck up.
