Yet another IC speed car

OK I thought I would kick this off. I just entered 2 cars in the UK RC Speed Champs and both failed miserably. Both had CMB RS 45's (7.5cc marine engine) in. You can find details here

One of the engines seized and the other stripped the thread from the clutch bell. Anyway its back to the drawing board and I have come up with another stratergy.

I willbe fitting one of the CMBs into a Kyosho Evolva and getting a CMB RS 90 (15cc) to fit into another new car. This engine has serious torque and there is no clutch on the market that can handle the power. I tried a HPI 1/5th Baja clutch and its no good. I therefore need to design and build my own clutch
