well i did, but not with the hyper 7... friend took the evader(14.4 NiCd, victor 883 esc, 20t brushed motor) for a spin... was going about 30-40ish... he did not see a big puddle. the puddle was about 8 ft across and 7 inches deep. he hydroplaned across the puddle, smashed into a curb, which made the reciever battery fly back into the fan of the victor 884 esc, braking the fan and breaking the main cap in the center too. then it sank and the motor got screwed up... nothing too bad actually considering i got a spare 20t and the esc was free. The bad news is that was my time killer so i didnt have to rush on parts to complete the hyper 7.

So you're building it from scratch, that's why you need all the parts? That sucks about the Evader, that really was a BIG puddle! More like a small pond, I think.

well, not completley from scratch... i got it ready to run, but the mgm compro that came with it wasnt working so I got cash back for that. The reason I want another front assembly is to put it on the back in replace of the rear assembly. im looking to make a 4 wheel steering buggy, and happen to need a speed controller too.

I have a mamba max for sale. You will need to solder the negative battery wire back onto the deans. It has been run 4 times and works perfectly. If you decide to buy it, I will be happy to program it for you.
