To receive the rebate, just follow these simple steps:

1) During the above date range, purchase at least $100.00 in Eagle Tree gear from your authorized dealer, or if there's not a dealer near you, direct from our website.

2) Mail your purchase receipt (or a photocopy or printout) to the below address before January 31st, 2009, and we'll send you a rebate check.
