how to use an lba10 balancer?

hey guys i hate to post this here knowing that there are probably tons of places on the internet to find this info but after searching for a couple minutes i gave up.


how the heck do i use the lba10 balancer with my 1210i?

i feel like it should be very easy but i just cant figure it out!!

can someoene give me the basic info on how to do this?

heres how i THINK your supposed to do it..

turn on charger get to the right setting
hoook up balancer banana plugs
plug in balancing tab from batters
plug in deans plugs together
press mode?
start charging?

idk. its just not working...
im using this on multiple batteries... 3s zippy 2-3s rhino 6s TP etc

Before you push start on the charger, You also have to push the square blue button on the lba-10 to switch from a123's to lipo. solid l.e.d. to flashing l.e.d. Then cross your fingers, hope to die, stick a needle in your eye.

oops!! I guess you said you pushed that Mode button.

I have two LBA's and one works better on different adapters than the other?

ok guys im not an idiot...

i guess the balancing tab that max amps sent me was bad...

with my jst balancer i can charge my zippys and rhinos perfectly fine...

but when i try and use the TP adapter it does not work correctly..

question......... with the 6s packs im trying to charge it has 2 different balancing tabs.. on the TP adapter it has 2 different ports also... is there a special way to balance 6s packs? maybe my adaptor isnt messed up?

Do you have the dataport cable? Balance charging won't work without it. I made that mistake.

yes it comes with it

FINALLY got it perfect.

well... for the zippy and rhino. i still have yet to figure out the 6s packs.
