thinking of going to the 9L - 04.19.2005, 12:24 PM

hey guys,

i now run an 8L on 12 cells in my racemaxx. the motor is getting hot with low gearing (180*). i think my truck is too heavy for only 12 cells. i also want a little more speed for around the house with the same torque. im thinking of going to the 9L with 14 cell packs. how much faster will the 9L be with the same gearing? will i get much more runtime if i leave the gearing the same? thanks. im also concidering the 10L on 16 cells, but im leaning towards the 9L on 14 cells. LMK what you think i should do.

also, if anyone want to buy an 8L with less than 15 runs on it, make me an offer.

How about the 7XL?

Can be used and geared on 14, 16 and 18 cells...
