Spektrum RX question - 02.18.2009, 03:18 AM

I have a question about Spektrum receivers that use a binding plug, like the SR300. After binding do you power it through the bind port if you are running 3servos?

i presume you are having dual steering servos - in which case you run a y splitter off of the steering channel.

you can use the bind slot for power but not for a servo

2 servos and a kill switch on Ch. 3. As long as I can power it through the bind port I'll be good.

Yep. I power my transponder on the 3rd channel and power thru the bind port. Works just like any battery input port on a conventiona Rx.

I can't decide if its more fun
to make it...
or break it...
