- Custom Carbon Fiber chassis (fabed by me)

not 100% sure, id say in the neighborhood of 15-20ft...
i cant wait to hit that same jump with my hyper when im done converting it lol

That is one sick chasis.. how thick the the CF chassis? Looks like 5mm?

speed assult - had it geared for about 45mph ish
it could have done much more if i changed the gearing :)

theres actually a cabron fiber company (or used to be) next to my work and one day i noticed the threw a HUUUGE peice in the garbage and i asked to take it and they let me.
it was freeee

mothman - its 1/4" thick

Gotta love dumpster diving for supplies! My buddy works for a company that does military contracts. He gets all kids of scrap pieces for us to use. Most of the al and the delrin that is being used on the 6x6 lst came from his work! Plus he has the materials handy to make the parts for my baja 5b, and he welds al too!!! Great guy to know, master tig welder! And the company has cnc laser cutters, and a cad designer that I need to meet...
