Video:Joe Ford running Neu-Castle 1517 proto on 6s - 03.08.2009, 03:14 PM

This thing pulls like a mofo. Check this out.

From R/C cars

Neu-Castle prototype 1517 1800kv brushless motor, 24/44 gearing, 6s 30C lipo...can't do a full run with it at this gearing, but can still get a good 10 minutes of blistering speed before I need to shut her down. Need to let me nerves calm after that usually anyways. LOL

I hope he wanted that attention... Anyway I can't wait till these motors come out. It will widen the two cc/neu choices...

He must have some thick fluid in the diff or no diff at all. The front tires of my 8ight just pizza wheel when I hit full throttle with my 2650 5s setup, even with 10k fluid.

My buggy runs 30k and the fronts just balloon as well. I haven't seen a 1/8 buggy wheelie in person, unfortunately.

this is also what catched my eyes.

My 8ight can still do wheelies with 10k fluid, but only from a standstill or very slow speeds, nothing like in the video though! My novak HV4.5 had the easiest time pulling wheelies believe it or not.
