Monster Mike! - 03.17.2009, 01:50 PM

I have to say Mike's service was excellent, parts quality is top notch. Only thing is the Customs charges are extortionate in this country (UK). This is the only slight niggle (which Mike cannot control anyway), otherwise perfect!

Thanks Mike!

This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move.

Geh? Customs charges = the niggle.

Its 17.5% VAT, 10% import tax, and whatever Parcelforce or Royalmail fancy charging you in handling fees- all that gets added to the original cost+shipping.

Sucks it does...

Yeah I know what VAT/customs is, I was more curious about the word itself.
