The amp rating on a motor doesn't really mean anything. It doesn't stand for continuous or burst, but is just a number that is assaigned to the motor.
IB3800s can easily provide 70amps continuous, as I have seen in an ongoing life cycle test in which a cell is charged at 6amps and continuously discharged at 70amps. So far it is at 16 cycles.
