Brushless setup to maximize runtime

Hi,

I'm looking to upgrade my Slash and I'm happy with the speed I get now. More speed generally equals broken parts anyway. So is there a brushless setup that I can get to maximize runtime instead? Thanks.

Welcome to the forum.

I would suggest the traxxas vxl system on 2s lipo. Or you can run it on 6 cell nimh. You may have to gear it down slightly to get similar to stock speeds, but the runtime will be more, and you will not need to maintain the brushless motor.
