Moving to Melbourne - No more internet.... - 01.17.2006, 09:52 PM

Just a thank you thread i guess -lol-

I wont be round for much longer - gotta move down to Melbourne, cause i lost my licence - i can get it back if i switch my licence interstate and THEN pay the fine here in this state tho...so not all bad, but long story to explain -lol-

But will be good i guess - will get me out of drifting a lil tho, cause not so many drifters down that way - but will be taking the LST down, so it'll still be getting a good workout -lol-

Basically just writing this to show appreciation to everyone for adding there lil piece to the place, cause it sure has helped me understand alot more about BL and lipos and just rc as a whole even ;)

Anyways - was great to meet you all, and thanks for all the help you guys have given (you fellas know who ya are - whether it was just to answer a simple question or give a long story and all the help - it all helped me understand just that bit more)

Thanks fellas - appreciate it :)

-daniel

yeah, gonna be moving out with my twin (who's been living there for about a year or 2 now) and a couple other fellas - never actually lived out of home before with others - so will be a bit different -lol-

Last time i moved out it was just me... (lost my licence then too, so had to come home again - some ppl never learn! -lmfao-)

But will be good for a change too - different scenery and all, and i'll be able to catch up with my brother which will be good too....plus - shitloads of hot chicks in melbourne too - so not lucking out any -lol-

i hadn't actually thought about the library, but didn't realise there was net service at libraries untill just yesterday! :o My mate uses it a fair bit - but says it's horribly slow -lol-

Shouldn't be a problem in Melbourne tho hopefully, so if i get a chance, i'll be sure to drop by and see what crazy fella has thrown in a lehner 30xx in some 1/8 scale truck -lol-

But even if it is horribly slow, you can at least use the library to check email and do simple surfing stuff........like visit this site I guess. There's also internet cafes, they have better connections and will no doubt be faster, but you gotta pay to use their stuff, at least the library is free.
