Flashing all colors = speed control is not receiving a valid signal from the receiver, usually indicates the receiver wire is plugged in backwards into the receiver; possible problem with controller or with throttle channel on receiver.
Check your rx plugs & leads, and the transmitter batts.

Don't take it the wrong way but is it plugged into the rx correctly? I have accidentally plugged my esc into the rx backwards before and iirc that is exactly what mine did. Make sure the tan wire is in the - position, usually to the outside of the rx

Hmm, check the throttle trim & epa settings maybe- you might also need to try reversing the throttle channel.
