What does the Hotwire do? - 10.21.2009, 07:14 PM

I just ordered an RX8 combo and the Hotwire interface. What does the Hotwire interface gain me? Is it worth haveing (like the Castle Link) or did I just throw away $30?

it's like a tyre warmer for your wires. by preheating your wires it can help flow more current and hence have a more efficient system...

Just kidding... it's a PC interface for your Tekin ESC. it gives you more tuning options than whats offered out of the box.
eg: Timing, Custom LVC, Reverse and Brake strength, plus many more..
Worth the $50 I reckon, but it should be included in the kit like Castle's Castlelink.
