808e Neu 1512 clearance question -

Hi. I've an 808 I'm converting to electric. I've installed the RCM motor mount and have found that when I attempt to install my Neu 1512 (finned) motor it hits the nearby mud guard mounting nut.
I see that people were removing the nut and dremeling off a bit of the plastic when using the XB8 mount. Is this still what needs to be done? Thanks. |
