3PKS binding with 2.4GHz receiver

Hi,

I've got a question about binding a Futaba R603FS receiver with my 3PKS. My problem is that I don't know how to start, and I can't find it in the 116 page long manual. Could anybody tell me how to do it, or at which page of the manual I have to look? (Or maybe Futaba doesn't call it binding, but something else?
