hyper bodyshell - 01.13.2010, 08:21 PM

hiya,

I have a Hyper 8 thats been converted to brushless, except the lipo's are so tall that it pushes the edge of the bodyshell way up and looks pretty stupid.

I'm just wondering what the tallest shell available for it is?

Is it compatable with Hyper 7 and 8.5 shells?

Is it just a standard 1/8 buggy sized shell?

Cheers for any help given!

I just raised my body as needed. What I did was cut these...http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXJK46&P=Z I cut them to the length I wanted to push up the body 10-15mm then ground a flat spot so they sat flush with the tower. Worked like a champ w/my mbx-5.

Inexpensive enough that if you make a mistake it is not a big deal.
