Castle 1518 or 1520 in truggy? - 04.02.2010, 09:34 AM

Hi guys.
Wonder if the 1518 or the 1520 would be the best choice in a truggy running 5s.
I will be running at a track and last season I had the 1515 and that ran too hot so I moved it to my e-revo.
So 1800kv and 83mm long or 1600kv and 88mm long on 5s lipo.?
Thanks a lot guys.

I have a 1518/5s combo in my 16+lb XXL/LST2 and it's potent powerplant and doesn't break a sweat at all. Cool temps and tons or power !

I retired from RC, now life is all about guns and long range shooting.

Going with 5s only, I'd go with the 1518. either motor will be great!

Out of subject : Magman I like your black wheels, where did you get it ? It's USA model ? I will maybe try to mount some bigger wheels in my mbx5T, so I will be able to drive almost on every kind of difficult road conditions.
