My 2.2 Yota trail truck - 06.21.2010, 10:02 PM

I built this over the winter to stay busy after I rebuilt my truggy. Took it out to a few nearby trails last weekend for 2 straight hours (2 x 2200 2s's). It rained pretty good in the morning, so lots of great trailing.

This thing is a freaking bulldog (and it's not even that good compared to real scalers!). It literally can go up, over, and through anything. I was grinning ear to ear in the rain and mud. I am not super serious into this, but I am having a lot of fun "tinkering"... Thanks for looking.

Specs:
-Toyota Hilux body
-Custom lengthened Diaz chassis
-leaf springs
-Hilift axels
-Wheelyking trans
-35T motor (brushed!)
-waterproof XL5 with 2s smartstop
-erevo waterproof rx case
-losi 2.4
-custom battery tray holding various 2s batts
-2.2 rc4wd rocklox

Damn! Good Job! I was checking it out and told my girlfriend to come over and look and she thought it was full scale. Haha

Yeah that's a nice looking truck. The second & last pics could be easily mistaken for 1:1.
