I got my HV-Maxx E-Maxx, stock gearing (not adviseable!) and 14 IB 3800's, up to approximately 42mph. No idea how I managed it.

I have a 9XL/9920 on 18 GP 3300 cells, 16/51 gearing. Must be doing 47mph at least! (?)

My Lehner XL3100 was going at LEAST 50+ on only 12 cells but everything go REALLY hot.

My Feigao 10XL does approximately 40 on 14 cells and doesn't even get warm hardly.

Come on now, this is only fun if your speed has been verified with some form of speed device (GPS, radar gun).;)

I got my single BL (9L) with 14cells originaly to 39mph. Batts must not have been charged all the way because I took the radar gun to it again the other day and got 44mph.
My other Maxx I am running has (currently) dual 9L's with 28 cells and that one went through the radar gun at 51mph. The 9L's just came out and are being replaced with dual 7XL's and 10s LiPo. We'll see what this one does pretty soon.:027:

7XL on 18 cells did about 50mph. I never had enough space to use full throttle much though, hehe.

I run 16 now though. Being suicidal got boring pretty quick. :D

uh, what happened to gps verified speeds? The human I can't measure within 5 mph accuracy. 50 mph is much more to brag for than 45.

I'll verify it with a speed gun then and post a video in a weeks time.
