If I wire 2 of my 5000 mah 20c 2 cell lipo packs in parallel do I have one 10,000 mah 40c 7.4 pack? I know the mah will double but will the "C" rateing?

It doubles the capacity not the C rating... You have a 10k 20c pack that can support 200amps
